All current Vaccinex employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

Referral Bonus Structure:

• Software Engineer:

  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, remaining 50% after 12 months.

• Product Manager:

  • Bonus: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, remaining 50% after 12 months.

• Data Scientist:
