1. Software Engineer (Junior)

   • Referral Bonus: $1,500
   • Eligibility for Bonus: Payable after the candidate completes 90 days of employment.

2. Software Engineer (Mid-Level)

   • Referral Bonus: $2,500
   • Eligibility for Bonus: Payable after the candidate completes 90 days of employment.
