Tech & Product Roles

For roles in our tech and product teams, we offer a competitive referral bonus. This includes positions such as software engineers, product managers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and more.

• Software Engineers: $5,000 per successful hire
• Product Managers: $4,500 per successful hire
• Data Scientists: $5,000 per successful hire
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000 per successful hire
• DevOps Engineers: $4,500 per successful hire

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech and product positions, we also offer referral bonuses for other roles across the company.

• Sales and Marketing: $3,000 per successful hire

How It Works

1. Submit a Referral: Share the candidate's resume and contact information with our recruitment team through our referral portal.

2. Application Process: The candidate will go through our standard recruitment process. You will be updated on their progress throughout the hiring stages.

3. Successful Hire: Once the referred candidate has been hired and completes 90 days of employment, the referral bonus will be processed.

4. Receive Your Bonus: The referral bonus will be paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate’s completion of
