  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

• Junior Tech/Product Positions:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
