Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward employees who help us discover talented individuals. Below are the details of our referral bonus program, with a focus on tech and product roles, as well as other positions within the company.

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, the referral bonus is structured to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market. We offer a generous referral bonus to employees who successfully refer candidates that are hired and complete their probation period.

• Referral Bonus Amount: $2,500
• Eligible Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, and other tech-related positions.
• Payment Timeline: The bonus is paid in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year of service.

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other critical positions within the company. These roles are essential to our operations and growth, and hence, we encourage referrals for these positions as well.

• Referral Bonus Amount: $1,000
• Eligible Roles: Sales Executives, Field Technicians, Administrative Staff, HR Specialists, and other non-tech positions.
• Payment Timeline: The bonus is paid in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year of service.
