Employees who refer candidates for technical and product-focused roles are eligible for referral bonuses, as these positions are crucial for our strategic growth and innovation. The following are the estimated referral bonus amounts:

• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $3,000
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

While the focus is on tech and product roles, Urban Edge Properties also offers bonuses for referrals in other departments. Here are a few examples:

Referral Bonus Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Urban Edge Properties are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for hiring managers responsible for the position or HR personnel directly involved in the hiring process.

2. Candidate Criteria: Referred candidates must meet the qualifications and experience levels required for the position. The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the position independently.
