UR_Energy is excited to announce our comprehensive referral bonus program, designed to attract top talent in tech, product, and other key roles. This initiative rewards employees who refer successful candidates, providing an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while benefiting from generous bonuses.

Referral Bonus Overview

Eligible Roles

• Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers
• Product Roles: Product Managers, Product Designers, Scrum Masters
• Other Key Roles: Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, HR Specialists

Bonus Structure

Our referral bonuses are structured to reward employees based on the level and criticality of the role. Below is a detailed breakdown of the bonus amounts for successful referrals:

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
• Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
• Critical or Hard-to-Fill Roles: Up to $7,500

Payment Schedule

The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

1. First Installment: 50% of the bonus amount is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes 180 days of employment.

Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of UR_Energy are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Contract and part-time employees are not eligible.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the internal referral portal, including the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation.
• Tracking and Updates: Employees will receive updates on the status of their referrals through the portal.

Terms and Conditions

• The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by UR_Energy or have applied within the last 12 months.
