Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is tiered based on the role's level and department. Here is a detailed breakdown:

  • Mid-Level: $4,000
  • Senior-Level: $6,000
  • Leadership: $8,000

• Other Roles:

  • Entry-Level: $1,000

Bonus Payout

The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:

1. First Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
2. Second Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
