Employee Referral Bonus Program Overview

Our updated Employee Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer talented candidates for open positions, especially within our tech and product teams. This program not only helps us attract top talent but also rewards our employees for contributing to our company's growth and success.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 90 days.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers:

  • Bonus: $2,500
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 90 days.

Other Roles:

• Sales, Marketing, HR:

  • Bonus: $1,500
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 90 days.

• Customer Support, Administrative Roles:

  • Bonus: $1,000
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 90 days.

Eligibility and Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees, excluding HR and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process, are eligible for the referral bonus.

2. Referral Submission:

   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal to be eligible for the bonus.
   • Include the candidate's resume and a brief justification of why they would be a good fit for the role.

3. Payment Process:

   • Bonuses are processed and paid out within 30 days following the completion of the new hire's probationary period.

4. Repeat Referrals:

   • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. Each successful hire results in the respective bonus amount.

5. Referral Acknowledgment:

   • Employees will receive an
