Referral Bonus Structure
The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role and level of the position being filled. Below is a detailed breakdown of the referral bonuses for different categories:
Tech and Product Roles
- Software Engineer (Junior to Mid-level): $2,000
- Software Engineer (Senior): $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
Other Key Roles
- Sales Executive: $2,500
- Marketing Specialist: $2,000
- Customer Success Manager: $2,500
- HR Business Partner: $2,000
Eligibility and Process

Who Can Refer?
All full-time employees of Upbound Group are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible for referral bonuses. -
How to Refer:
Employees can refer candidates by submitting their resume and contact information through the internal employee referral portal or by emailing the hiring manager directly. -
Referral Bonus Payment:
The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Candidate Eligibility:
To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred candidate must:- Not have applied to Upbound Group within the last 12 months.
- Not have been referred by another employee in the same period.
- Be hired for a full-time role.
