Program Overview

The referral bonus program incentivizes employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions at Unox. Successful referrals lead to a monetary bonus, enhancing our workforce with skilled professionals while rewarding our staff for their contributions to the recruitment process.

Eligibility

• Eligible Employees: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel, hiring managers for the referred position, and executives.
• Eligible Candidates: Referred candidates must not have applied to Unox in the past 12 months or be current employees.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the designated company portal, providing detailed information about the candidate.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies by role and is typically paid out in two installments: one after the referred employee completes their probationary period, and the second after six months of employment. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different roles:

Tech & Product Roles

• Software Engineer:

  • Total Bonus: $5,000
  • Installments: $2,500 after probation and $2,500 after six months

• Product Manager:

  • Total Bonus: $6,000
  • Installments: $3,000 after probation and $3,000 after six months

• Data Scientist:

  • Total Bonus: $5,500
  • Installments: $2,750 after probation and $2,750 after six months
