Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.
    • $2,500 after the candidate completes 12 months of service.

• UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Specialists:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,000 after 3 months.
    • $2,000 after 12 months.

Other Roles

Eligibility Criteria

• All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred candidates must not be current or past employees of Universal Stainless & Alloy Products within the last 12 months.
• The referring employee must be employed at the time of payout to receive each installment of the bonus.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
