Tech/Product Roles

Referral Bonus Structure

• Software Engineers (All Levels)
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Criteria: Successfully hired and completes the 90-day probationary period.
• Product Managers
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Criteria: Successfully hired and completes the 90-day probationary period.
• Data Scientists
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Criteria: Successfully hired and completes the 90-day probationary period.
• UI/UX Designers
  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Criteria: Successfully hired and completes the 90-day probationary period.

Eligibility

1. The referring employee must be actively employed at Uniti at the time of the candidate’s hiring and when the payment is made.
2. The referred candidate must not already be in our recruitment pipeline.
3. The referral must be submitted through the official referral submission process.
