  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Other Roles

For non-tech roles, such as administrative or operational positions, the referral bonuses are structured as follows:

Eligibility Criteria
