Referral Bonus Structure

Tech & Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which are integral to our company's growth and success, we offer a higher referral bonus to attract top-tier talent. These roles include positions such as Software Developers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, and other related positions.

• Referral Bonus Amount: $5,000
• Payout Schedule:
  • 50% paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days.
  • Remaining 50% paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Other Roles

For non-tech roles, such as administrative or operational positions, the referral bonuses are structured as follows:

• Referral Bonus Amount: $2,500
• Payout Schedule:
  • 50% paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days.
  • Remaining 50% paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligible Employees: All full-time employees of United States Lime & Minerals are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

2. Referred Candidates:

   • Must be new applicants to United States Lime & Minerals (i.e., not previously employed or already in the recruitment process).
   • Must meet the qualifications and experience requirements for the open position.
