Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager):

  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Payment Schedule: Paid in two installments:
    • $500 after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
    • $500 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

• Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager):

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule: Paid in two installments:
    • $1,500 after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
