Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Bonus is awarded after the referred candidate has successfully completed six months of employment with UMB Financial.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Finance:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Similar to tech/product roles, the bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has been with the company for six months.

Bonus Payment Details

• Timing: Bonuses are processed in the payroll cycle following the completion of the referred employee's six months of service.
• Eligibility: The referring employee must be actively employed at UMB Financial at the time of bonus payment.

Program Guidelines

• Who Can Participate: All current UMB Financial employees, with the exception of Human Resources personnel and hiring managers for the role in question, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be new to UMB Financial (i.e., not previously employed or currently applying through other channels).
