1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees of UL Solutions are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Referrals must be for open positions listed on our careers page.
   • The program is open to referrals for tech, product, and other roles as specified.

2. Referral Bonus Structure:

   • Tech and Product Roles:

     • Junior Level (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager): $1,500
     • Mid-Level (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager): $3,000
     • Senior Level (e.g., Senior Developer, Senior Product Manager): $5,000
     • Specialized Roles (e.g., Data Scientist, UX Designer): $4,000
