Overview

• Eligible Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
• Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
• Payout Structure:
  • Initial Payment: $2,500 after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days.
  • Final Payment: $2,500 after the referred candidate completes their first year.

Example

If you refer a Software Engineer who is successfully hired, you will receive:
