UGI Corporation Referral Bonus Program

UGI Corporation values the power of employee referrals in building a talented and diverse team. Our referral bonus program is designed to encourage current employees to refer skilled candidates, particularly in tech and product roles, although the program is applicable to other roles as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully pass the probationary period of 90 days.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the candidate's 90-day probationary period and the remaining 50% after six months of continuous employment.

Other Roles:

• Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully pass the probationary period of 90 days.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the candidate's 90-day probationary period and the remaining 50% after six months of continuous employment.

Important Details

• Referral Eligibility: All full-time UGI employees are eligible to participate, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position (e.g., HR personnel, hiring managers).

• Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and not have applied to UGI within the past 12 months.

• Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through our Employee Referral Portal, including the candidate's resume and contact information.

• Notification: Employees will be notified of their referral status when the candidate is hired and again after the probationary period is completed.
