Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

1. Eligible Positions:

   • Software Engineers

2. Bonus Structure:

   • Successful Hire: $3,000
   • Payout Timeline:
     • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months
     • Remaining 50% after 6 months of continuous employment

3. Estimates:

   • If a current employee refers a successful candidate for a tech/product role and all conditions are met, they can expect to receive a total of $3,000. The first installment of $1,500 is paid at the 3-month mark, and the second installment of $1,500 is paid at the 6-month mark.
