Tech/Product Role Referrals
For referrals in our tech and product divisions, we offer a referral bonus of $5,000. This applies to positions such as:
- Software Engineers
- Product Managers
- Data Scientists
- UI/UX Designers
- DevOps Engineers
Eligibility & Payout
- The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.
- The bonus is paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate’s 90th day.
Other Role Referrals
For non-tech roles, the referral bonus varies based on the position level:
- Entry-Level Positions: $1,000
- Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
- Senior-Level Positions: $4,000
Eligibility & Payout
- Similar to tech/product roles, the referred candidate must remain employed for at least 90 days.
- The bonus is processed in the payroll cycle after the 90-day period.
Program Guidelines
- Who can refer? All full-time employees of TXNM Energy are eligible to participate in the referral program.
