That's why we offer a lucrative referral bonus program to encourage our employees to help us find top-notch professionals for our tech and product roles, as well as other positions across the organization. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our referral bonus program:

Tech/Product Role Referrals

For referrals in our tech and product divisions, we offer a referral bonus of $5,000. This applies to positions such as:

• Software Engineers
• Product Managers
• Data Scientists
• UI/UX Designers
• DevOps Engineers

Eligibility & Payout

• The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.
• The bonus is paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate’s 90th day.

Other Role Referrals

For non-tech roles, the referral bonus varies based on the position level:

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
• Senior-Level Positions: $4,000

Eligibility & Payout

• Similar to tech/product roles, the referred candidate must remain employed for at least 90 days.
• The bonus is processed in the payroll cycle after the 90-day period.

Program Guidelines

• Who can refer? All full-time employees of TXNM Energy are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who can be referred? Candidates not currently in our recruitment pipeline and who have not applied in the last 12 months.
• How to refer? Submit the candidate’s resume and details through our internal referral portal.

Additional Information

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• In cases where multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
