Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• HR Coordinator: $1,000
• Finance Analyst: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of the bonus payout.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Use the internal referral portal to submit the candidate’s resume and provide details about your relationship with the candidate.
2. Interview Process: The candidate will go through our standard interview process.
3. Hiring Decision: If the candidate is hired, ensure they list you as the referrer on their application.
4. Bonus Payout: Once the candidate completes 90 days with TTM Technologies, your referral bonus will be processed and included in your next paycheck.

Additional Information

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
• Bonuses are subject to tax deductions as per federal and state laws.
• In the event of a shared referral, the bonus will be split equally among the referring employees.
