Program Overview

The Trustmark Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize our employees to help us find talented individuals who align with our company values and possess the skills needed to excel in their roles. Here’s how the program works:

Eligibility

• Who Can Refer? All full-time Trustmark employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who Can Be Referred? Candidates who are not already in our recruitment process and who have not applied to Trustmark within the last 12 months.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit candidate referrals through our internal referral portal.
2. Review and Interview: HR and hiring managers will review the referral and, if appropriate, proceed with the interview process.
3. Successful Hire: If the referred candidate is hired and remains with the company for a specified period, the referral bonus will be awarded.
