Trulite Referral Bonus Program

We at Trulite value the power of personal networks and believe that great talent knows great talent. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward employees who help us find exceptional candidates for our team. Below are the details of our referral bonus structure, with a focus on tech/product roles, but also including other positions.

Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonuses

For referrals that lead to a successful hire in our tech and product departments, the following bonuses apply:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Criteria

• The referred candidate must successfully pass the probationary period (typically 3 months).
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Trulite at the time of the candidate's hire and completion of their probationary period.

Other Roles Referral Bonuses

While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer bonuses for other critical positions within Trulite:

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Customer Support Lead: $2,000

Criteria

• Similar to tech/product roles, candidates must pass the probationary period.
• The referring employee must remain with the company through the candidate's probation period.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit Referral: Use the internal referral form available on the Trulite employee portal.
2. Track Progress: You will receive updates on the status of your referral throughout the hiring process.
3. Receive Bonus: Once your referral successfully completes their probation period, the referral bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
