TruBridge Referral Bonus Program

The TruBridge Referral Bonus Program is an exciting opportunity for employees to help us find top talent while earning a reward for their efforts. This program is designed to attract skilled professionals to our team, particularly in tech and product roles, but also across other departments. Below are the detailed guidelines and estimated bonuses associated with successful referrals.

Eligibility

• Who Can Refer: All current TruBridge employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who Can Be Referred: Candidates who are not currently employed by TruBridge, have not applied within the last 6 months, and are not already in our recruitment pipeline.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees submit the referral through the dedicated internal portal, providing the candidate's resume and relevant details.
2. Screening & Interview: Referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment process.
3. Successful Hire: If the referred candidate is hired and completes a specified period of employment, the referring employee will receive a bonus.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies based on the role filled and is paid out after the new hire completes 90 days of employment. Below are the estimated bonuses for different categories:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Customer Support: $2,000
• Human Resources: $3,000

Terms & Conditions

• The referred candidate must acknowledge the referring employee during the application process.
• The bonus is subject to taxes and will be included in the referring employee's paycheck following the completion of the new hire's 90-day employment period.
