Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Timeline:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year of employment.

Other Roles

• Administrative, HR, Sales:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payment Timeline:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year of employment.

Senior/Executive Roles

• Director Level and Above:
  • Referral Bonus: $10,000
  • Payment Timeline:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year of employment.

Eligibility and Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time Tronox employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Candidate Criteria: Referred candidates must meet the qualifications and requirements of the job role for which they are being referred.
• Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the official Tronox employee portal before the candidate applies for the position.
• Exclusions: The program does not apply to roles filled by internal transfers or promotions. Referrals of former employees who left Tronox less than a year ago are also
