Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Data Scientist: $4,500
• Product Manager: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,500

Bonus Payment Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Trinity Capital are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Referral Submission: Employees must submit their referral through the official company portal, providing detailed information about the candidate.

3. Candidate Evaluation: The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for the respective role.

4. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
   • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Program Guidelines

• Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make. More referrals can lead to more bonuses.
