Referral Bonus Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the position, such as HR personnel and hiring managers.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after six months of employment.
