Referral Bonus Details

• Bonus Amount: $5,000
• Eligible Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, and similar positions.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus ($2,500) is paid after the referred candidate completes their first three months.
  • The remaining 50% ($2,500) is paid after the candidate completes their first year.

Estimated Payout Timeline

• Initial Payment: 3 months after the candidate's start date
• Final Payment: 1 year after the candidate's start date
