• Bonus Amount:
  • Tier 1: $3,000 for mid-level roles
  • Tier 2: $5,000 for senior-level roles
  • Tier 3: $7,500 for executive-level roles (e.g., Director of Product, Chief Technology Officer)

Other Positions

• Eligible Positions: Roles in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Administrative Departments.
• Bonus Amount:
