Eligibility Criteria

• Who can refer? All full-time employees of Tourmaline Bio, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Eligible roles: Primarily focused on tech and product roles, but open for other critical positions as well.
• Successful referral: A referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 90 days.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Estimation: If 10 successful referrals are made in a year, estimated total payout is $50,000.
• Product Manager:
  • Bonus Amount: $6,000
  • Estimation: For 5 successful referrals annually, estimated total payout is $30,000.
• Data Scientist:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,500
  • Estimation: With 8 successful referrals, estimated total payout is $44,000.

Other Critical Roles

• Marketing Specialist:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Estimation: Assuming 4 successful referrals, estimated total payout is $12,000.
