- Successful referral: A referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 90 days.

Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer:
- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Estimation: If 10 successful referrals are made in a year, estimated total payout is $50,000.
- Product Manager:
- Bonus Amount: $6,000
- Estimation: For 5 successful referrals annually, estimated total payout is $30,000.
- Data Scientist:
- Bonus Amount: $5,500
- Estimation: With 8 successful referrals, estimated total payout is $44,000.
Other Critical Roles
- Marketing Specialist:
- Bonus Amount: $3,000
- Estimation: Assuming 4 successful referrals, estimated total payout is $12,000.
- HR Business Partner:
