To support this mission, we offer a competitive referral bonus program aimed at incentivizing our employees to recommend exceptional candidates for open roles within the company. This program is especially focused on tech and product roles, given their critical importance to our operations. However, employees can also refer candidates for other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus program is structured to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired and complete a specified period of employment. Below is a detailed breakdown of the bonus structure for various roles:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Human Resources Manager: $3,000
• Finance Analyst: $2,500

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees, excluding those directly involved in the recruitment process for the specified role, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • The referred candidate must not have been previously considered or currently under consideration for any role within Torch.

2. Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal, providing relevant information about the candidate, including a resume and a brief description of their qualifications.
   • The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and be offered a position at Torch.
   • The referred candidate must complete a 90-day probationary period for the referral bonus to be disbursed.

3. Payment:

   • Referral bonuses are paid out in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the referred candidate's 90-day employment milestone.
