Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies by role, with a focus on tech and product positions due to their critical impact on our business. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different categories:

• Tech Roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists)

  • Junior Positions: $1,500
  • Mid-level Positions: $3,000
  • Senior Positions: $5,000

Payment Terms
