At Tonix Pharmaceuticals, we value top talent and believe that our employees are our best resource for finding exceptional candidates. To incentivize and reward successful referrals, we have established a comprehensive referral bonus program. This program is designed to encourage our team to refer qualified candidates, particularly for tech and product roles, but extends to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, etc.
  For these high-demand roles, we offer a $3,000 referral bonus. This reflects our commitment to building a strong tech team and ensuring we attract the best in the industry.

Other Roles

• Administrative, Sales, HR, and other support functions
  While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also appreciate referrals for other positions. For these roles, we offer a $1,500 referral bonus.

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility:
  All full-time employees of Tonix Pharmaceuticals are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process for the specific role being referred.

• Payment Terms:
  The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 6 months.

Conditions

• Candidate Qualification:
  Referred candidates must meet the qualifications and requirements of the role they are being considered for. The referral must be submitted through the official referral process before the candidate is contacted or applies for the position.

• Exclusions:

  • Candidates who have worked at Tonix Pharmaceuticals in the past 12 months are not eligible as referrals.
  • Intern and temporary positions are excluded from the referral bonus program.
