Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired into our organization. The bonus amounts vary depending on the role being filled, with higher bonuses for specialized or hard-to-fill positions such as those in tech and product development.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer (Backend/Frontend)

   • Bonus Amount: £3,000
   • Details: Paid out in two installments; £1,500 after the new hire completes their first month, and the remaining £1,500 after the new hire completes six months.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: £3,500
   • Details: £1,750 paid after the first month and £1,750 after six months of employment.
