Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers (e.g., Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack)

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Terms: The bonus is paid in two installments. The first half ($2,500) is paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment. The remaining half ($2,500) is paid after the candidate has been employed for six months.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payment Terms: Similar to software engineers, the bonus is split into two payments. The first installment ($2,000) is issued after 90 days, and the second ($2,000) after six months.
