Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
For referring candidates to technical or product roles, we offer a competitive bonus structure. This includes positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, and other related roles.
- Successful Hire Bonus: $5,000
- Paid in two installments: $2,500 upon the candidate’s completion of 30 days of employment and an additional $2,500 after 6 months.
Other Roles
We also value referrals for non-technical roles such as Marketing, Sales, HR, and Administrative positions. Though these roles may differ in nature, they are equally important to our organization.
- Successful Hire Bonus: $2,500
- Paid in two installments: $1,250 upon the candidate’s completion of 30 days of employment and an additional $1,250 after 6 months.
Program Guidelines

Eligibility:
- Referrals must be submitted through the official TinkerWorks LLC referral form.
- The referred candidate must be new to our database; individuals already in our recruiting process are not eligible.

Bonus Payment:
- Bonuses are processed through our payroll system and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Payments are made only after the referred employee has met the required employment milestones.

- Complete the referral form with the candidate’s details and your relationship with them.
- Our recruitment team will review the submission and reach out to viable candidates.
- Stay informed about the status of your referral through updates from our HR team.
