Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For referring candidates to technical or product roles, we offer a competitive bonus structure. This includes positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, and other related roles.

• Successful Hire Bonus: $5,000
  • Paid in two installments: $2,500 upon the candidate’s completion of 30 days of employment and an additional $2,500 after 6 months.

Other Roles

We also value referrals for non-technical roles such as Marketing, Sales, HR, and Administrative positions. Though these roles may differ in nature, they are equally important to our organization.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility:
