Welcome to the Third Harmonic Bio Referral Bonus Program! We believe that great talent knows great talent, and we want to reward our team members for helping us grow by referring qualified candidates. This program is designed to encourage and incentivize employees to refer candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, but also in other areas.
Program Details
Eligibility
- All full-time employees of Third Harmonic Bio are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- The referral bonus is applicable to tech and product roles, among other specified positions.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles:
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,000
- Data Scientist: $4,500
- UI/UX Designer: $3,500
Other Roles:
- Sales Executive: $3,000
- Marketing Specialist: $2,500
- Operations Manager: $3,000
Bonus Payment Conditions
- The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
- The bonus is paid out in the payroll following the completion of the candidate's probationary period.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
How to Refer a Candidate
- Identify: Ensure the candidate fits the requirements of the open position and aligns with Third Harmonic Bio’s values.
- Submit: Send the candidate's resume and any relevant information to the HR department via the internal referral form.
- Track: Keep track of your referral status through the HR portal.
Additional Information
- If two employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the timestamp of submission.
- Referral bonuses are subject to tax deductions as per local laws.
