Bonus Amount: For successful referrals in tech and product roles, employees can earn up to $5,000 per hired candidate. The bonus amount may vary depending on the complexity and level of the role:
- Junior/Entry-Level Roles: Up to $2,000
- Mid-Level Roles: Up to $3,500
- Senior/Lead Roles: Up to $5,000

Payment Terms: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
- First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes their 90-day probation period.
- Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
