Below, we provide a detailed overview of the referral bonus for tech/product roles, along with general guidelines for other roles.

Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of theScore, Inc. are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process (e.g., HR staff, hiring managers) for the referred roles.

• Bonus Amount: For successful referrals in tech and product roles, employees can earn up to $5,000 per hired candidate. The bonus amount may vary depending on the complexity and level of the role:

  • Junior/Entry-Level Roles: Up to $2,000
  • Mid-Level Roles: Up to $3,500
  • Senior/Lead Roles: Up to $5,000

• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:

  • First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes their 90-day probation period.
  • Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

• Eligible Roles: This bonus structure applies to various tech/product positions, such as:

  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Data Scientists
  • UX/UI Designers
  • DevOps Engineers

Referral Bonus for Other Roles

• General Bonus Amount: For non-tech/product roles, the referral bonus varies but generally ranges from $500 to $2,000, depending on the role's level and urgency.

• Payment Schedule: Similar to tech/product roles, the bonus for other positions is
