• Referrers: All current employees of The US Oncology Network are eligible to participate, except for HR staff and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Referred Candidates: Must be new to The US Oncology Network and not already in the recruitment pipeline.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: $5,000
• DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• QA Analysts, Business Analysts: $3,500

Other Roles:

• Healthcare Professionals (e.g., Nurses, Pharmacists): $3,000

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is typically paid in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: 50% after the referred candidate successfully completes 6 months of employment.

Additional Conditions

• The referral bonus is subject to standard payroll taxes and deductions.
• Referrers must be active employees at the time of bonus payout to receive the payment.
