The RMR Group Referral Bonus Program

The RMR Group encourages employees to refer talented individuals to join our team. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us find exceptional candidates for our tech/product roles, as well as other key positions within our organization. Below is a detailed overview of the program.

Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

Eligible Positions:

• Software Engineers
• Product Managers
• Data Scientists
• UX/UI Designers
• IT Specialists

Bonus Structure:

• Successful Hire of Entry-Level Position: $2,000
• Successful Hire of Mid-Level Position: $3,000
• Successful Hire of Senior-Level Position: $5,000

Payment Schedule:

• 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
• The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Non-Tech Roles Referral Bonus

Eligible Positions:

• Marketing Specialists
• Sales Managers
• HR Coordinators
• Finance Analysts

Bonus Structure:

• Successful Hire of Entry-Level Position: $1,000
• Successful Hire of Mid-Level Position: $1,500
• Successful Hire of Senior-Level Position: $2,500

Payment Schedule:

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current employees of The RMR Group are eligible to participate, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
2. Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the internal employee portal, including the candidate’s resume and a brief description of their qualifications.
3. Candidate Qualification: The referred candidate must meet the minimum qualifications for the position and successfully pass through the interview process.
