  • Payment Timeline: The bonus is paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate's 90-day completion.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Eligibility: Similar to tech/product roles, the referred candidate must complete a 90-day probation period.
  • Payment Timeline: The bonus is paid out in the next payroll cycle after the probation period.

General Guidelines

1. Eligible Referrers: All current employees of The Pennant Group, excluding HR personnel involved in the hiring process and the candidate’s future direct supervisors.

2. Eligible Candidates: Referrals must be new to The Pennant Group. Referred candidates who have applied within the last 12 months or have been previously employed by the company are not eligible.

3. Submission Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal or via email to the recruitment team.
   • Ensure all necessary information about the candidate is provided, including a resume and a brief statement on why they are a good fit for the role.

4. Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the referral bonus will be awarded to the individual who submitted the referral first, based on the timestamp of the submission.

5. Tax Implications: The referral bonus is
