The Mars Agency Referral Bonus Program
The Mars Agency values the contributions of its employees and understands that great talent often knows great talent. To enhance our recruitment efforts and reward employees for successful referrals, we have implemented a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates, particularly in tech and product roles, but also includes other positions within the company. Below are the details of the program:
Eligibility
All full-time employees of The Mars Agency are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program, with the exception of employees involved in the hiring process for the referred position and HR personnel.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $2,000
- Product Manager: $2,500
- Data Scientist: $2,200
- UX/UI Designer: $1,800
- DevOps Engineer: $2,100
Other Roles
- Marketing Specialist: $1,500
- Sales Executive: $1,600
- Account Manager: $1,400
Bonus Payment Terms

The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 180 days of employment.

Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be included in the employee's regular paycheck.
Referral Process

Application Submission: Employees should submit referrals through the company's internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and any additional relevant information.

Referral Acknowledgment: Once the referral is submitted, the employee will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt.

Candidate Evaluation: The recruitment team will evaluate the referred candidate. If the candidate is hired, the referring employee will be notified and the bonus payment schedule will commence.
