Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All current employees and external partners are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals are applicable only for permanent full-time positions.
• Referral Process: To refer a candidate, submit their resume and contact information through the TDS referral portal. Ensure you specify the position they are being referred for.
• Bonus Payment: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment with TDS.
• Exclusions: Leadership roles (Director level and above) are not eligible for referral bonuses.
