• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the candidate completes 90 days and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, Operations:
  • Mid-Level Positions:
    • Referral Bonus: $2,500
    • Eligibility: Same as tech/product roles.
    • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid in full after the candidate completes 90 days.
