Referral Bonus Structure

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $1,500

How It Works

1. Candidate Referral: Submit your referral through our internal referral system. Make sure to include the candidate's resume and contact information.

2. Interview Process: Once your referral is submitted, our HR team will review the candidate's qualifications. If they meet our criteria, they will be invited to participate in our interview process.

3. Successful Hiring: If your referral results in a successful hire and the candidate remains employed with Baldwin Insurance Group for a minimum of 90 days, you will receive the referral bonus.

Bonus Payment

• Payment Timing: Referral bonuses are paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate's 90th day of employment.
• Tax Information: Bonuses are subject to standard payroll taxes and will be reported on your W-2.

Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Baldwin Insurance Group are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
