Our referral program is designed to reward employees for bringing in candidates, particularly in high-demand areas such as tech and product roles. Below is a detailed breakdown of the referral bonus program, including estimates and specific details.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

For roles within our tech and product departments, including but not limited to software engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, the referral bonus is structured as follows:

• Successful Hire: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% paid out after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% paid out after the new hire completes 6 months.

Other Roles

For positions outside of the tech and product divisions, the referral bonus is generally lower due to varying demand and market conditions:

• Successful Hire: $2,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% paid out after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% paid out after the new hire completes 6 months.

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of The Arena Group are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, members of the hiring team or anyone involved in the hiring decision for a referred candidate are not eligible for a bonus.

2. Submission: Referrals should be submitted through the company’s internal referral portal. Ensure that you provide all required information about the candidate, including their resume and contact details.

3. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment email once your referral has been successfully submitted and received by the HR department.

4. Interview Process: Referred candidates will undergo the standard interview process. The referrer will be informed of the candidate’s progress at key
