For positions in our tech and product departments, we recognize the specialized skills and experience required. As such, the referral bonuses for these roles are structured as follows:

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $2,500 paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days.
    • $2,500 paid after the referred employee completes 6 months.

• Senior Software Engineer, Lead Product Designer:

  • Referral Bonus: $7,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $3,500 paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days.
