Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $3,000
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within the company. Here are some examples:

Eligibility and Payment

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee and successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.
• The referral bonus will be paid out in the payroll following the completion of the candidate's probationary period.
• All employees of The Alliance Group are eligible to participate, except for those in Human Resources and those involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or bonuses you can earn.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit Referral: Fill out the referral form on our company intranet or contact HR directly with the candidate's details and resume.
2. Follow Up: Our recruitment team will review the referral and keep you
