- Product Manager (Junior/Mid-Level): $2,500

Eligibility and Payment Process

Eligibility:
- All full-time employees of Tharimmune are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- The referred candidate must be a new candidate to Tharimmune (not previously applied or interviewed within the last 12 months).

- The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
- 50% upon the new hire's successful completion of their first 90 days.
- 50% after the new hire completes six months of employment.
