Referral Bonus Structure

Our referral bonus program is tiered, offering different bonus amounts based on the role and its level. Here's an overview of the referral bonuses for various positions:

Tech & Product Roles

• Software Engineer (Junior/Mid-Level): $2,500
• Software Engineer (Senior): $5,000
• Product Manager (Junior/Mid-Level): $2,500
• Product Manager (Senior): $5,000
• Data Scientist/Analyst (Junior/Mid-Level): $2,500
• Data Scientist/Analyst (Senior): $5,000
• UX/UI Designer (Junior/Mid-Level): $2,500
• UX/UI Designer (Senior): $5,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Sales Executive: $2,000
• HR Coordinator: $1,000

Eligibility and Payment Process

1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees of Tharimmune are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
   • The referred candidate must be a new candidate to Tharimmune (not previously applied or interviewed within the last 12 months).

2. Payment Process:

   • The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
     • 50% upon the new hire's successful completion of their first 90 days.
     • 50% after the new hire completes six months of employment.
   • The bonus will be included in the referring employee
